Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about Teleon.

What is Teleon, and how is it different from building AI agents myself?

Teleon is a complete platform for deploying production-ready AI agents. Instead of stitching together infrastructure, memory, safety, and scaling yourself, Teleon provides Helix for auto-scaling runtime, Cortex for persistent memory, and Sentinel for safety and compliance. You can deploy with a single command and skip months of infrastructure work.

Which LLMs does Teleon support?

Teleon is model-agnostic. You can connect any LLM provider, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, or self-hosted models. You can switch providers without changing your agent logic.

How long does it take to deploy my first agent?

Most developers deploy their first agent in under 5 minutes. Define your agent in Python with simple decorators or a YAML config, run a single deploy command, and Helix handles the rest. No Kubernetes and no Docker networking.

Is my data secure on Teleon?

Yes. Teleon is SOC 2 Type II certified and uses end-to-end encryption. Traffic uses TLS 1.3 in transit and data uses AES-256 at rest. Teleon supports SSO and SAML, role-based access control, and audit logging. Teleon is also GDPR compliant and HIPAA ready for regulated workloads.

Can I deploy Teleon on my own cloud infrastructure?

Yes. The on-premise option lets you install Teleon into your VPC or VNet with private networking and enterprise IAM. You keep full data residency and security controls while getting the same production-grade experience.

What happens if my agent traffic spikes unexpectedly?

Helix auto-scales from 0 to 1,000 or more replicas based on load. You pay only for active compute, and scaling happens automatically with no manual intervention. Multi-region failover routes traffic to the nearest healthy replica.

How does Cortex memory work, and does it support multi-tenant applications?

Cortex gives agents persistent, searchable memory with six API methods. It supports three memory layers: Company, Team, and Personal. Scope enforcement isolates user data in multi-tenant applications. Relevant context is automatically injected before each agent execution.

How does Teleon ensure my agents don't produce harmful or non-compliant outputs?

Sentinel provides guardrails such as content filtering for toxicity and hate speech, real-time PII detection and redaction, and compliance enforcement for GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and SOC 2. Every violation is audit logged for review.

What use cases is Teleon best suited for?

Teleon is used for customer support agents, e-commerce assistants, sales qualification bots, data analysis workflows, and multi-step process automation. It is a fit for any use case where you need AI agents running reliably in production with memory, safety, and scale.

Do I need to commit to a long-term contract?

No. Starter at $29 per month and Pro at $99 per month are month to month and include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Annual billing saves 20 percent. Enterprise plans are custom quoted. Contact sales for details.
